About the design: Original art by Selina Tran of Simply Thrown. Designed in collaboration with my sister to celebrate the Lunar New Year, this label is a nod to our cultural heritage. We grew up celebrating this occasion and it’s a joy as a mother to celebrate with my children now. It’s easily one of their most favorite holidays.
The Lunar New Year is based on the moon cycles and lands on a different day each year. The lunar calendar rotates between one of 12 animals from the Chinese Zodiac and, beginning on February 1, 2022, it’s the year of the tiger. Designed alongside Lunar Phases.
Each pack contains 6 center folded labels made of 100% cotton. Made with eco-friendly materials, the generous fold gives you the option to sew as much or as little into your seam as you’d like for different looks. This would be great alone or stacked with another label to denote the year it was made. Include it at the back of your garment to differentiate back from front or on an outside side seam for more visibility.

- 13/16 in (20mm) x 1 in (25mm) after folded.
- Machine wash cold, tumble dry low or line dry.
- Because of the nature of this product, the two raw edges can fray. To prevent fraying, sew both ends into your garment, finish edges, or use a fray check solution.
